We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located near the stunning Highcliffe Castle and Highcliffe beach. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach and the charming shops of Highcliffe. Our room was comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the service was efficient. the hotel provided all the necessary facilities and advantages for a pleasant stay by the sea.

The availability of chairs in the room was limited, and it would have been more convenient if there were chairs for both of us.

The beds were comfortable, ideally located hotel. We enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Cliffhanger Restaurant. Highcliffe castle was only 1 km from the accommodation. We didn't want to leave and will be back.

Great location, good sized room, as well as loyal staff. For short-orders there was daniels fish & chips, we found it close by. 5 min drive to highcliffe castle.

This hotel in a lovely little village, behind the Globe pub, offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially if you book directly through their website. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary facilities, including wheelchair access for my wife's 91-year-old parents. The location is fantastic, on top of the cliff, overlooking the sea, and just a short drive away from Christchurch and the beautiful New Forest. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is pleasant with a good selection of food. We were also impressed with how freshly painted the hotel looked.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with freshly painted walls and all necessary facilities. We particularly appreciated the wheelchair access, which was a great help for my wife's 91-year-old parents. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day.

Stayed here for the New Year and had a great experience. Location was fantastic with easy access to the beach and town centre. The air conditioning was a bonus with the hot weather and the rooms were very clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average but not bad.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with new towels provided daily. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to the high street with a variety of takeaways and local convenience stores. The park across the road was a great bonus for the kids, and we also enjoyed the lovely walks along the beach.

There were some minor repairs needed in the hotel, particularly with the bathroom fans that were too loud. The meal deal was not good value for money, especially for children.
